Tips to maintain an healthy skin

Our inside are important but skin is the first layer of defense against the outside world.Skin gives important clues to overall health . There are certain times we noticed changes from our skin either the colour change that determines what is really wrong in the body system. It really important to take good care of our skin.

       First, let's talk about some skin hacks that we do that causes a lot of damage to our skin.

               Some skin hacks that causes                     damage to the skin.                          

    Hot water 💧.         

    It's not good for your skin as it can reduce natural moisture and even cause scalding.

                   Sugar

   It's often used as a home remedy for glowing skin in various kinds of scrub like lips and rest of the body, but it should be avoided as its particles tenders to be larger and more abrasive which can cause microtears.

          Toothpaste.

Some people use toothpaste to remove blackheads but it's really bad as it can aggravate it or causes allergies.

        Soap

Mostly people use soap to wash or clean their face.  Face wash is preferable, it's removes excess oil whereas soap can be harsh and tends to remove natural oil from the face .                            Use soap to wash other part of the body and gentle cleanser for face only .

           Tips to have an healthy skin.

Prevent skin from sun damage.

Sun contains ultraviolet light (UV) that causes sunburn and makes skin age faster leading to more wrinkles as you get older.                               Protect skin from sun damage by wearing protective clothes, hat and sunscreen for other exposure when you are outdoor during late morning or early afternoon when sunlight tends to be really strong.

    Keep body hydrated.

Drink water regularly at least 2 litres.Proper hydration is very essential for healthy and glowing skin.

   Regular exercise.

It keeps the body fit, maintain blood circulation.It helps to sweat away excessive fat waste from the skin.

    Sleeping.

Try to have 7_8 hours sleep which will really helps the brain to function well and improved health. When you sleep your cells wio able to flush out the toxins that are produced during the day.

Other things to consider as well; bath in warm water not hot water and use mild cleanser that doesn't irritate to wash gently not scrub .
